How To Clean Up Your Aweber Email List and Save Some Money
Do you have an active Aweber Email List for your Home Business that is sucking money out of your budget like a new Dyson Vacuum Cleaner?
Here is how most of the popular auto-responders work … You are charged a monthly fee based off the number of subscribers on your account. In the case of Aweber it’s $19.95 per month for the first 500 subscribers and when you hit 501 your fees goes up.
Different Auto-Responders have different levels but if you are sitting just over the fee increase to number of subscribers and most of your subscribers are inactive…those dead subscribers are costing you money! Get rid of them!
How do you figure out which subscribers are inactive haven’t opened an email, for the past several months? Most email experts would agree if a subscriber has not clicked an email for 6 months they probably never will. Probalby time to give them the broom!
In today’s video I show you where to find the instructions and how to start cleaning up the ol’e list …
How to find the instructions:
1) Click Your HELP Tab
2) Scroll Down to “Visit Our Knowledge Base”
3) Scroll Down To “Subscribers”
4) Click on ” How To Find In-Active Subscribers”
5) Read through that page ( has some good info)
6) Look for highlighted link … ” Please Take a look”
Now you are ready to start cleaning up the account. As you go through this process I want to stress that a BIG, HUGE email list is not really the key to your marketing success. It’s more about the activity of your email list. Do they trust you and are they responding to the material you are sending them?
Yes, it is great to have 25,000 people on your list because if you only sell 1% a $7 product ( 250 of the 25,000) You still made $1750.00 !!
However if you have an active list that also buys upgrades and bigger ticket items because they know like and trust you … BOOM! That number doubles and triples as you grow your list!
